We are looking for a AI Technical Specialist with strong sales experience focused on industrial AI domain. The main responsibilities are to cooperate with regional sales to dig out and organize the real needs of target customers in AI, complete system data and technical feasibility assessment, design AI applications and solutions, promote the implementation and management of co-creation and replication projects with customers, and the achievement of business goals
我们正在为工厂自动化业务招募一位具有AI行业方案经验的技术业务专家。其主要职责是配合区域销售挖掘整理目标客户的AI方面真实需求，完成系统数据和技术可行性评估，设计AI应用及解决方案，推动与客户共创以及复制项目的落地与管理，最终实现业务目标的达成
What are my responsibilities?
主要职责
1. 需求挖掘：从区域销售和目标客户表述的模糊需求入手，通过交流，引导，整理，还原等方法，过滤掉伪需求，捕捉真实痛点，并定义具体的AI需求
Demand Mining: Start with the fuzzy needs expressed by regional sales and target customers, and filter out false needs, capture real pain points, and define specific AI needs through communication, guidance, sorting, restoration and other methods.
2. 技术评估：基于定义的目标AI需求，负责工艺调研，系统分析，数据采集和分析，完成初步的技术可行性分析，形成判断建议
Technology assessment: Based on the defined target AI requirements, responsible for process research, system analysis, data collection and analysis, complete preliminary technical feasibility analysis, and form judgment suggestions.
3. 方案设计：基于可行性分析依据，围绕客户需求，进行技术方案的定义和主体编写，协调团队算法工程师共同完成技术细节部分的填充
Proposal design: Based on feasibility analysis and around customer needs, define and write technical proposal, and coordinate algorithm engineers of AI team to complete the filling of technical details
4. 业务落地：针对不同客户的项目操作流程，辅助客户立项；遵循西门子内部商务流程，完成成本核算和报价方案；配合区域销售完成投标和标后合同谈判；最终实现财年AI业务的整体指标
Business landing: According to the project operation process of different customers, assist customers to establish project application; follow Siemens internal business handling process, complete cost accounting and quotation plans; cooperate with regional sales to complete bidding and post-bid contract negotiations; finally achieve the overall finical target of AI business.
5. 项目管理：合同签署后的项目管理，协调包括客户和内外部合作伙伴在内的各方面各层级资源，尤其是针对AI项目的不确定性进行积极干预和管理，保障项目交付
Project management: Project management after the contract is signed, coordinate resources at all levels including customers and internal and external partners, especially actively intervene and manage the uncertainties of AI projects, and ensure project delivery
What do I need to qualify for this job?
能力要求
• Deep knowledge and experience of AI technologies and systems
• Project development and management experience is preferred
• Know-how and sales experience of manufacturing domain is preferred
• Team spirit, hardworking, willingness to travel
• 了解AI技术和系统
